Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your elho® purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused home and garden products in their original packaging. Simply ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during their journey back to us.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the products in their original elho® box or a similar sturdy carton, ensuring all original labels and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
